When your Casablanca arrives, it should feel like love at first sight. If your fan doesn’t meet your expectations, however—whether because it isn’t right for you after all, or it’s actually defective—we won’t rest until you have the perfect fan in place.

If you just don’t love it…

Your Casablanca will last a lifetime, so if you find that you’re just not “feeling it,” there’s no reason to fake it. As long as you haven’t installed or used the fan, you can return it—within 30 days from the shipment date. Keep in mind that the fan and all its components must be in their original packaging. We’ll refund you for the cost of the fan, minus a 25% restocking fee (because inspecting and restocking the fan does incur labor costs). We won’t refund original shipping and handling costs or return postage. If it’s defective…

It’s unlikely, but not impossible—your Casablanca turns out to be defective in some way. So long as you return it within 30 days from the shipment date, we’ll exchange it for a model that’s as flawless as it’s supposed to be. We don’t issue refunds for defective fans, but of course we’ll reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.

Please be sure to call our e-commerce department at 1-888-354-8375 before returning your fan. We need to complete the process and give you the address to our return center.
