120-Day In-Home Service
Should your Casablanca fan not meet your satisfaction, we will send a trained representative to your home to service it. Simply call us at 888-227-2178 for referral to your local Authorized Service Center. If In-Home Service is not available in your area, Casablanca offers pre-paid freight to make it easy for you to send the fan to the Casablanca Factory Service Center. It will be repaired and returned to you at no charge.
Lifetime Motor Warranty
All Casablanca fan motors, even on UL Damp- and Wet-rated models, are guaranteed for life.
One-Year Parts and Electronics Warranty
Each fan includes a one-year warranty on finish, component parts, accessories, and electronics.
